| One of the installations that took place over the Norouz Weekend was that of AKSbazi.com; the culmination of an online photography game entitled ‘Spring’. Iranians both inside and outside Iran were invited to participate by submitting photographs of a new beginnings and out of the hundreds of images collected, selected photographs were displayed and onlookers were encouraged to leave their comments. www.AKSbazi.com |
| A Message from Hafez |
| During the Magic of Persia New Year celebrations, visitors also enjoyed a special public art installation by recent Royal College of Art graduates Bahbak Hashemi-Nezhad & Mohammad Namazi. The installation brought a first hand account into the plethora of meanings and wordplay within Hafez’s poetry and onlookers interacted with the installation through the age-old tradition of seeking one’s fortune at the advent of Spring through the oracle of Hafez.
