| Piano
Recital, St. Pauls Boys' School, 5th October 2005 |
| The piano recital at St. Paul's Boys' School featured Tara Kamangar, a highly accomplished pianist, a graduate of Harvard University and currently a postgraduate at the Royal Academy of Music. All proceeds from the event went to the Magic of Persia-David Elghanayan Bursary for outstanding underprivileged candidates at St. Paul's Boys' School. This scholarship programme is continuing to raise funds and for the next 5 years David Elghanayan has agreed to a 50% matching. Funds for the first 2 years' tuition have been successfully raised, but we are looking actively for donations to match this grant. Magic of Persia recognised the significance of the scholarships and plans to extend it to St. Paul's Girls' School. To ensure the continuation of the scholarship, please donate to our Education Programme. |
