| The British Museum, in conjunction with the exhibition Forgotten Empire: The Splendours of Ancient Persia, partnered with Magic of Persia in developing content for the Magic of Persia Education Programme for Young Audiences, hosted at the Museum. During September - December 2005, an ongoing series of children's workshops provided classes, exhibition entry and interactive workshops to over 1,500 students from both state and private schools. Additionally, the British Museum Family Day in which over 15,000 people participated, was a multi-medium, interactive learning event that featured performing artists, films and storytellers.
